CHALLENGE BEGINS ON 6TH FEB 2023
Join our coaches, Kirti and Anand for effective workout regimes and ‘done for you’ nutrition plans and let your new year resolution become a reality this 2023.

WHAT CAN YOU ACHIEVE?
By completing this 12-Week Challenge you can expect to:
- Lose 4-6 Kgs bodyweight or 1-2 inches from waist.
- Become more functional, and strong.
- Shape up by body recomposition.
- Understand what works better for your body and goals.


PHASE 1
KICKSTARTER (4 WEEKS)
In this phase, we will work on the basic movements to help you get strong enough to handle the later phases and along with it you'll be working on the basics of nutrition.
This phase includes:
- 30-60 mins Workout Sessions.
- Practice Portion Control (basics of nutrition).
- Weekly group QnA call (separate for women and men).
- Weekly group Mindset building call (separate for women and men).
- Unlimited Group Support.
After this phase, you’ll be ready for the Booster phase.

PHASE 2
BOOSTER (4 WEEKS)
In this phase, we will work majorly on boosting the fat loss process while preparing for the next phase.
This phase includes:
- 30-60 mins Workout Sessions.
- Learn about tracking calories for maximizing fat loss.
- Weekly group QnA call (separate for women and men).
- Weekly group Mindset building call (separate for women and men).
- Unlimited Group Support.
After this phase, you’ll be ready to finish off strong in the Finisher phase.
PHASE 3
FINISHER ( 4 WEEKS)
So you’ve learned tracking calories and have been working out consistently! Now what? Learn how to track macros for accelerating the fat loss.
This phase includes:
- 30-60 mins Workout Sessions.
- Learn about tracking macros to lose that stubborn fat.
- Weekly group QnA call (separate for women and men).
- Weekly group Mindset building call (separate for women and men).
- Unlimited Group Support.
After this phase, you’re ready with the new habit which you have built over the last 90 days which you can continue for at least for a few years.
